Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Underdog Academy platform. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

Account Registration

To use Underdog Academy, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Each person may only create one account. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Access

Underdog Academy is free to use. All features — including AI roleplay, the 10-week course, community, and live sessions — are available to registered users at no cost. No payment is required.

AI Roleplay Sessions

Voice-based AI roleplay sessions are powered by Retell AI. Sessions may be recorded for the purpose of scoring, feedback, and improving your sales skills. By starting a roleplay session, you consent to voice recording for these purposes.

During roleplay sessions, do not share sensitive personal information, financial details, or confidential business information. Roleplay personas are fictional — any resemblance to real people or companies is coincidental.

Content & Intellectual Property

All course content, curriculum materials, quizzes, and platform design are owned by Underdog Academy. You may not redistribute, resell, record, or share course materials outside the platform.

Community posts and content you create on the platform remain yours. However, by posting on the platform, you grant Underdog Academy a non-exclusive license to display your content within the platform for community and educational purposes.

Acceptable Use

When using Underdog Academy, you agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Harass, abuse, or threaten other members in community spaces.
• Spam community forums, posts, or other members.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit the AI roleplay systems.
• Share your account credentials with others.
• Scrape, copy, or automate access to platform content or features.

Limitation of Liability

The Underdog Academy platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business decisions made based on AI roleplay feedback or course content. AI-generated feedback, scores, and coaching suggestions are for training purposes only and should not be taken as professional business advice.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abusive behavior, or otherwise misuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@ai.underdogsales.com. Upon termination, your access to the platform and community features will cease.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or email. Your continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
